Daniel Olmos Vega
AudioVisual Production
Daniel Olmos Vega has supported our organisation with the production of audiovisual media since the start of December 2021.
To him, I Have a Voice Orphans Choir means that children in vulnerable situations have a new opportunity to discover new horizons using music as a means of personal development and integration.
He loves contributing to our project to help support the development of future generations in Mexico. The enthusiasm, love and passion that the team and students have participated in the IHAVOC project has left a mark on him personally. His favourite part of his role is being able to meet and live with the children and young people who participate in the choirs, it is incredible to hear their testimonies first hand.
From 2015 to 2018, Daniel developed a community-development program in the State of Michoacán that used guitar orchestras to promote a similar philosophy to IHAVOC. In combination with his musical talents and community-development mindset, Daniel is a highly talented photography and videographer and we have loved seeing the creative angles he captures of our performances and practice sessions.
Through his high quality audiovisual material we can share the inspiring work that our choir masters are doing and the impact that it is having amongst our children. This helps us to communicate the growth and impact we are having through our project which in turn helps us to grow and continue to support new groups across Mexico.
Daniel has identified that IHAVOC has great potential in Morelia and throughout the entire country of Mexico and he would love to see the organisation grow and continue to support disadvantaged children in his own country.
